Use the Historical Local Member Relations child form to see a list of local organizations the individual has been related to.

Historical Local Member Relations Child Form Information

This topic covers information you can see on the Historical Local Member Relations child form. The child forms display the following information:

Column	Description
Organization Name	Displays the name of the organization the individual shared a relationship with.
Organization Type	Displays the type of organization the individual shared a relationship with.
Role	Displays the individual's role with the organization.
Start Date	Displays the date the individual's relationship with the organization began.
End Date	Displays the date the individual's relationship with the organization ended.
Voided?	Displays whether the relationship has been voided.
Mem End	Displays whether the individual's membership with the organization has ended.

Child Form Icons

Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed. The icons are also different if the form uses the updated user interface available with version 2017.

		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
